recursos, este encaminada al logro de los objetivos a partir del dise\u00f1o y actualizaci\u00f3n de los Sistemas de formulaci\u00f3n, control y evaluaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0 Ley 1178, con el fin de desarrollar un sistema de administraci\u00f3n financiera y control acorde a las normas legales vigentes, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las unidades t\u00e9cnicas del SEDES programaci\u00f3n de los compromisos, obligaciones y ejecuci\u00f3n de pagos a partir del presupuesto de ingresos y de gastos con el fin de elaborar flujos financieros de corto y mediano plazo, registrar pagos devengados y realizar la apertura de fondos, a fin de optimizar la administraci\u00f3n de los recursos, enmarcados en los fines y principios del SEDES ORURO, en la norma general emergente\u00a0 de la Ley 1178 y los reglamentos espec\u00edficos vigentes en la Instituci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/div>\n                <\/div><div class=\"eael-accordion-list\">\n                <div
